Greetings!

As summer begins to wind down, we find ourselves grateful for the beautiful weather and warm summer days we had this year. The LukeeOm retreat in July was dreamlike with the cool breeze, the mountain views and the self exploration with fellow yogis. As fall approaches we're excited about some upcoming events and hope that you will be joining us along the way. Take good care during these last weeks of summer enjoy each moment as it exits, for once it is past, it merely becomes a memory.

Summer Time Early Morning Yoga Ending.

Just as summer comes to and end, so will the early morning yoga on Monday and Friday. The Wednesday 6:50am class will continue to run through out the year. If you have not yet started your day coming to your mat, perhaps the fall is a time to begin.

LukeeOm Retreat a Huge Success!

Thank you to all the participants in the LukeeOm Retreat held in July. We were blessed by your openness and willingness to more deeply explore your own soul .

Bhagavad Gita Study Group Begins October 3, 2010

Meet the Author and Register on Friday, September 17, 6:00-7:00 pm.

Is there an undeniable truth in your heart of hearts that is just waiting to be known? Are you aware of an inner voice that calls to you?
The Bhagavad Gita or "Song of God" is an ancient allegory that deals with both life's inner and outer journey, and referred to by Ghandi as his manual for daily living. Come join us for a unique study experience that will draw upon your intuition, inspire reflection and invite discussion. We will be working with the book "An Ordinary Life Transformed," written by Rev. Stephanie Rutt of the Tree of Life Interfaith Temple, Amherst, NH. This book was written for study groups such as this, and is meant to apply to daily life.

Facilitated by John Silva and Barbara Landry, this series of classes will run for twelve weeks and begin Sunday, October 3 from 5:45 pm - 7:15 pm. Cost for the twelve weeks is $108 (does not include book). For more information go to www.amherstyoga.com or call 603-673-7661.
